ADIIF actively welcomes international technology, capital and expertise in ways that expand — rather than replace — Africa's own capacity to build, operate, govern and understand its digital systems. No partnership is announced until formally concluded.
Partnership Without Institutional Capture
Commercial partners and global institutions may support and collaborate with ADIIF. They do not purchase control over its governance or its intelligence conclusions. Independence of judgement is fundamental to the institution's credibility.
What Partnership Does Not Purchase
No partnership purchases governance control, research conclusions, policy influence, procurement rights, project allocation or preferential sovereign access.
Funding, partnership and programme participation do not purchase control over ADIIF governance, policy positions, research conclusions, procurement decisions or project allocation.
