The Africa Digital Infrastructure & Intelligence Forum (ADIIF) is an African-founded and African-led continental institution connecting governments, institutional capital, technology, infrastructure, research and strategic partners to advance Africa's digital and economic transformation.
Globally connected, ADIIF operates through three complementary execution platforms: ADIIF Forum, ADIIF Venture — the Strategic Programmes, Partnerships & Venture Development Platform — and ADIIF R&D.
It is a permanent platform, not an event: a standing capability dedicated to the people and capability, technology, infrastructure, intelligence, investment and sovereignty on which Africa's future increasingly depends. ADIIF welcomes global collaboration while preserving African strategic leadership and institutional independence.
Artificial intelligence, compute, data, connectivity, energy and advanced technologies increasingly underpin productivity, industrial competitiveness and institutional capability. ADIIF exists because the next phase of Africa's digital transformation will be determined by more than connectivity or technology adoption. It will increasingly be shaped by who possesses the capability to design critical systems, who owns and finances the infrastructure, who governs strategic data, who understands the technologies being deployed, who produces the intelligence on which decisions are made, and who captures the resulting economic value.
Our purpose is therefore to strengthen Africa's ability to participate in this next era from a position of knowledge, capability, institutional strength and strategic agency—not merely as a consumer of technologies and infrastructure developed elsewhere.
Across the continent, infrastructure planning, intelligence, finance, government policy and implementation too often operate in isolation. Priorities are defined in one place, data in another, capital in a third — and coordination is rarely institutionalised.
ADIIF exists to close that gap: to bring intelligence, infrastructure, investment and leadership into a single, coherent continental platform.

Africa must participate materially in defining the questions, priorities, standards, technologies and economic outcomes affecting its future. African leadership does not mean isolation from the world; it means engaging the world from a position of increasing capability and institutional strength.
Institutional Independence
No government, donor, corporation, financier, technology provider, partner or founder should be able to purchase ADIIF's institutional judgment. Capital and partnership must strengthen the mandate, not capture it.

How ADIIF Creates Value.
Technology is cross-cutting and sovereignty is a governing principle; neither is a sequential stage.
Continental ambition. Independent governance.
ADIIF is being built as a permanent African institution with continental scope. It is designed to engage governments, regional bodies, investors, technology companies, infrastructure operators, research institutions and innovators across Africa. This continental scope does not imply a mandate from the African Union or any government; any formal mandate or endorsement will be stated only when conferred.
ADIIF's governance architecture is designed to distinguish among the Board, responsible for fiduciary and legal oversight; the Founding Council, responsible for continental strategic stewardship and long-term institutional guidance; and the Executive Leadership & Secretariat, responsible for implementing approved strategy within delegated authority. Office-holders will be published only after formal appointment and approval for public disclosure.
Commercial partners and global institutions may support and collaborate with ADIIF. They do not purchase control over its governance or its intelligence conclusions. Independence of judgement is fundamental to the institution's credibility.
