ADIIF™ — the Africa Digital Infrastructure & Intelligence Forum™ — is an African-founded and African-led continental institution. It is a permanent platform, not an event: a standing capability dedicated to the digital infrastructure, intelligence, investment and sovereignty on which Africa's future increasingly depends.

ADIIF welcomes global collaboration while preserving African strategic leadership and institutional independence.

Across the continent, infrastructure planning, intelligence, finance, government policy and implementation too often operate in isolation. Priorities are defined in one place, data in another, capital in a third — and coordination is rarely institutionalised.

ADIIF exists to close that gap: to bring intelligence, infrastructure, investment and leadership into a single, coherent continental platform.

To advance the digital infrastructure, intelligence, investment, sovereignty and capability that enable Africa to understand, finance, build, govern and participate meaningfully in the ownership of its digital future.

An Africa increasingly capable of understanding, financing, governing, building and participating in the ownership of its strategic digital infrastructure — a continent that shapes its digital future rather than simply receiving it.

ADIIF is a permanent institutional platform connecting intelligence, infrastructure, investment and leadership. Its convenings and future intelligence capabilities are programmes of the institution — not the institution itself.

Commercial partners and global institutions may support and collaborate with ADIIF. They do not purchase control over its governance or its intelligence conclusions. Independence of judgement is fundamental to the institution's credibility.
