The ADIIF Founders Summit is the inaugural continental convening of ADIIF Forum and one expression of the platform's wider convening function. It is not the institution itself.
Reference to 55 African Union Member States describes continental scope. It does not imply confirmed participation from any state or any mandate from the African Union.
